# Always deliver

In all our interactions a harassment-free experience, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion.

That is why we have created this code of conduct to be met by founders, candidates, interns, members and any assistant to our company.

This code of conduct applies to all events related to PLUSTEAM: conferences, meetups, ignites, social events and online activities such as video conferences, streamings, and presences in different social networks.

# Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Focusing on what is best for the community
  • Showing empathy towards other community members

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

  • The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
  • Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

# Let's be good

PLUSTEAM believes that happy people with a common purpose can change the world. Being kind and respectful is the way to promote interaction in order to build a world using technology. No conduct related to harassment or violence will be tolerated, not even in a joke.

# Let's be professional and friendly

PLUSTEAM promotes professionalism, but it's not just about creating great products, but also the exchange product of meeting people and growing mutually. Generate positive and constructive conversations, no suggestive or inappropriate comments will be tolerated.

# Let's be a constructive team

PLUSTEAM believes in constructive criticism, That's why if you notice any behavior that goes against this code, approach some founder: we are committed to compliance with this code and the care of all.

Remember that this code of conduct applies to all face-to-face and online activities: let's create a good atmosphere in PLUSTEAM virtual spaces.

Be unique. Be authentic. Our culture embraces people’s diverse perspectives and creates a positive environment where everyone belongs, We believe that’s when their creativity shines and that’s when true friendships are formed.

# Love what you do

When the passion for what do you do is always present, the results come full of success. If you don't love what do you do, maybe you're not in the correct place.

# Give the PLUS in everything you do

Part of the success comes from doing everything you do as best as possible, the attention to detail allow us to achieve high-quality products and make the difference.

# Move fast

Time is precious, we should take advantage of every minute of our lives. As fast we do the things right as fast we have more time for ourselves. Our teams are small and nimble. We work quickly and collaboratively.

# Share your knowledge

The chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Getting exposed to different skills and know-how from your peers can help you want more from yourself, engaging everybody in a game plan of acquiring knowledge. We’re all achievers on the inside. Sharing knowledge practices pushes you to become better at what you do while driving you at the same time to contribute with your own insights.

# Be positive & fun

Adding humor makes work more productive as it increases creativity and a positive attitude. After all, laughter is the best medicine and it does bond people closer. Leave your problems at home, work is the place where the people spend half of their time. Be positive with your coworkers and enjoy what you love to do.

# Respectful Workplace

We need to work together to treat others with the same level of respect that we want to be treated with even when that person is different than us or may have different personal values than we do

# Don’t be a Robot

Be as human as possible, many situations require individual actions, be as useful as you can.

# Be the Example

Applying our culture, we build a better workspace, show to all your co-workers the best of you in everything you do.

# Care About Each Other

We are all important, give a hand when someone needs it. Celebrate the goals and respect the fail of your coworkers. Our goal is to feel ourselves at home.
